Tempo Bicycles will be raffling off one of their Carmel or Santa Barbara hybrid electric bicycles worth $4,000 to a lucky winner and the raffle proceeds will go to local San Diego charities. The raffle tickets will be $5 each and there will be multiple charities (SEAL Naval Special Warfare Family Foundation, and the San Diego County Bike Coalition) to buy the raffle tickets from to increase your chances to win a Tempo hybrid electric bicycle!

Turbo Bob will be leading group rides from the Expo at Liberty Station to Cabrillo National Park. The rides will be on Feb. 27th Saturday at 9:30 am and on Feb 28th Sunday at 1 pm. It will be a casual 12 mile ride on the undulating main road to the point of the peninsula and back. You can ride your own eBike or conventional bike and there will be local shops with rental eBikes to use. Drinks and snacks will be served to the riders afterwards.
The San Diego County Bike Coalition will present: Everyday Bicycling Safety and Awesome Short Tours in San Diego. Everyday Bicycling Safety and Awesome Short Tours is your guide to HOW and WHERE to ride a bicycle or an e-bike in San Diego. The Bike Coalition will fill you in on where the best bike lanes, where the best views, where the best coffee, tacos and more are. We will also share how people in the know are riding. Everyday riding for transportation is big in San Diego. The Bike Coalition will introduce you to the basics, including the best streets, some safety tips, and more. This seminar perfect for anyone who has ever dreamed of getting around by bike and e-bike in San Diego.
Joe Robinson from Xtracycle will present Bicycle Commuting Tips and show how families and individuals can use an electric cargo bike as a great car alternative.
Dave Snyder from the California Bicycle Coalition will be presenting on "How California is Leading the U.S. in Promoting eBikes"
